Use and care:
- The duvet should be shaken daily to maintain its volume, elasticity and uniform distribution of down.
- We recommend weekly exposure of the product to fresh air, in a well-ventilated space, avoiding direct sunlight to protect the satin jacquard fabric.
- For protection, it is recommended to use a duvet cover.
- Avoid covering with a thick blanket for a long time to allow natural evaporation of moisture and keep the duvet fresh and airy.
- If the duvet is machine washed, the cleaning instructions must be carefully followed. We recommend 30 degrees water, delicate program, with minimum spin. It is advisable to use a mild detergent for fine textiles and avoid aggressive fabric softeners or bleaches.
- To restore the down to its original shape, the duvet can be tumble dried on a low heat for a few hours. Use 1–2 tennis balls to help re-air the down. It is helpful to remove and shake the duvet every 15 minutes.
- For safe care, professional wet cleaning is recommended, which protects both the natural structure of the down and the fine shine of the satin jacquard cotton.
- Before reusing the duvet, it must be completely dry to prevent odors from forming and damage to the down.
- Completely avoid vacuuming and excessive beating of the duvet as the delicate structure of the down may be damaged.
- Do not iron or dry the duvet with an iron, as high temperatures can affect both the fluff and the shine of the satin jacquard cotton.
- The product is not intended for use in humid environments.
