Delivery
KA & MA TRADING SRL delivers the ordered products throughout Romania. They will be shipped to the address specified in the order completion process. The transport is covered by courier companies.
The shipping fee starts at 35 lei and increases depending on the number of products ordered (it can reach a maximum of 280 lei). An extra fee of 10 lei is added to orders with cash on delivery.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to renounce a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring any other costs except for shipping costs. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a good or renouncing a service expires within 14 days from the day on which the Buyer enters into physical possession of the good, according to the AWB courier reception. However, hygiene products such as mattresses, toppers, duvets, pillows or mattress protectors are exempt from the obligations of GEO no. 34/2014.
Mattresses can be returned within 14 working days from the date of purchase if:
It has not been unpacked from the plastic bag that covers it. Products can be tried on, sampled without being unpacked.
It does not show any damage caused by incorrect handling.
They are accompanied by all received documents (invoice, receipt, warranty certificate, etc.).
If the products have been unpacked and used, an additional fee must be paid in order to be returned (85-650 Lei depending on the type and size of the products), as they require being sent back to the factory for changing the cover and repackaging.
Mattresses in atypical sizes or those produced according to customer specifications, which are the subject of a special order, cannot be returned.
The customer requests a courier company and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. The responsibility for the integrity of the package throughout the entire transport period lies exclusively with the sending customer because the package must be packed thoroughly, exactly as upon delivery, the responsibility for the integrity of the package lies with the sender. The money will be refunded within 14 days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw, following receipt of the return. You will provide us with a bank account to make the refund or we can agree, by mutual agreement, to replace or exchange the products.
IMPORTANT
During the first few weeks, turn and gently tap the mattress to help the filling settle evenly. A slight sagging of the mattress, no more than 2 cm, is normal and is due to the filling settling;
Air the mattress frequently: it is advisable to carry out the operation on dry and sunny days. For good ventilation, it is advisable to remove the underwear and possibly the protective cover in the morning so that the mattress remains free;
When opening the mattress and in the following days, the product may release odors specific to the production process into the environment, which are non-toxic and gradually disappear during the first period of using the mattress;
If the environment is humid, turn the mattress twice a month and air the mattress repeatedly without exposing it to the sun. The memory foam mattress is used on one side only, with the viscoelastic foam layer facing up to benefit from its qualities to the fullest.
We recommend that it be rotated 360 degrees (feet-head and front-back) if it is without memory and 180 degrees for those with memory, every 3-6 months.
The removable mattress covers can be dry cleaned, dry cleaned or washed at 30 degrees. Chlorination, steaming and ironing are prohibited. Do not machine wash - wash strictly by hand.
For the mattress to fully recover after being removed, 24 hours must pass, sometimes up to 36 hours.
The mattress will be delivered within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of the package.
The tolerances regarding dimensions are as follows: height +/- 6%, width +/- 3%, length +/- 1.5%.
The color of the polyurethane foam does not impact the technical characteristics of the product and does not constitute a sales obligation.
THE WARRANTY IS NOT VALID IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
Mold and Stains – automatically remove the product from the warranty
Accidental defects, possible unraveling, tears, scratches, tearing of the fabric or handles or any other damage due to external, mechanical or chemical factors.
If the maximum weight allowed for one person or for several people has been exceeded.
For reasons related to the change in firmness; if the firmness of the mattress is perceived differently than when purchased. The degree of firmness is subjective and is perceived differently depending on a number of factors.
The mattress is stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately or for other purposes, cleaned using improper methods or with inappropriate substances;
If the product has come into contact with liquids, once absorbed by the material it evaporates very slowly, which leads to the production of unpleasant odors or mold;
If a slatted base was not used, with elastic and spaced slats.
If the product has been folded or subjected to pressing; this treatment leads to the destruction of the material;
If the product is very dirty and unkempt: torn, dirty or stained foam or cover or odors of any kind.
If the product has been subjected to unauthorized modifications or repairs, as well as if the product's use and maintenance rules have not been followed, the mattress being used as a sofa or as any seating object. The mattress is used exclusively for sleeping!
If the product shows damage caused by improper maintenance, negligence or other factors;
Losing the certificate will void the product warranty.
Linens, duvets, blankets, pillows – can be returned within 30 working days from the date of purchase if:
Bed linens cannot be exchanged or returned if they have been used, as these products are considered "personal hygiene products".
If the shipping was free, 25 lei will be deducted from the returned money when the money is returned.
