Depending on the category, each product has a description on its page that contains important information about the material the product is made of, its size, weight, firmness, and other useful information.

By visiting a product page, you will be able to add it to your cart. After you have chosen the products you want to order, you can view your cart, and then go to the Checkout page to complete your order.

You can choose between several payment methods, such as cash on delivery, bank transfer or secure online payment with your card. If you wish, you can also pay with shopping cards or credit cards. Follow the steps in Checkout and it will be very easy for you to choose your preferred payment method.

Delivery time depends on the destination address and the product ordered. It can vary between 1 and 5 days, or 7 and 10 days.

The shipping fee starts at 35 lei and increases depending on the number of products ordered (can reach a maximum of 280 lei). An extra fee of 10 lei is added to orders with cash on delivery.

If after delivery you realize that the product has damage or technical defects, you can contact us by phone or email to request its return to us. Or, if you have simply changed your mind, don't forget that you have the legal right to return the product to us within 14 days, although we are convinced that this will not be the case.
