- We recommend weekly exposure of the product to fresh air.
- For protection, it is recommended to use a pillowcase.
- Avoid covering with a thick blanket for a long time to allow moisture to evaporate and keep the pillow airy and fresh.
- If the pillow is machine washed, the instructions must be followed carefully. The recommended washing temperature is 30 degrees with the minimum spin program.
- To help the down and feathers return to their original shape, the pillow can be tumble dried for a few hours. Use with 1 tennis ball to ensure the down and feathers settle properly. It is a good idea to take the pillow out of the dryer and shake it out every 15 minutes.
- Warning: if you do not have an automatic clothes dryer, do not wash
- Before reusing the pillow, it must be completely dry.
- Completely avoid vacuuming and excessive beating of the pillow as the structure of the down and feathers may be damaged.
- The pillow should not be ironed or dried with an iron.
- The product is not intended for use in humid environments.
- The product can be sanitized by dry cleaning.
