• Mattresses in atypical sizes or those produced according to customer specifications, which are the subject of a special order, cannot be returned.
• The customer requests a courier company and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
• The responsibility for the integrity of the package throughout the entire transport period lies exclusively with the sending client because the package must be packed thoroughly, just as upon delivery, the responsibility for the integrity of the package lies with the sender.

3. Pack the product for return and wait for the courier to deliver it.

4. The money will be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal decision, following receipt of the return.
